| England - Christmas 2010 for 3 weeks. Looking for a home in the country preferably but will consider others. Prefer South East England, approx 2.5 hours drive maximum from radius of London.
You could enjoy Christmas and New Year 2010/2011 in the sunshine. We live in a quiet waterfront village suburb on the Gold Coast,(East Coast), surrounded by waterways, parks, golf courses and waterfront homes. The hustle and bustle of Surfers Paradise and other attractions are approx 15-20 mins drive. |

| We would prefer somewhere where we can either ski in ski out or at least a short drive to ski fields. The area should also include other activities for us to do when we are not skiing. We would like enough room for the 5 of us to stay comfortably and be close to restaurants, shops. Our ideal is to spend some days skiing and other days discovering places of interest close by.
We love to snow ski every year so anywhere there is great snow we would consider. We also love the beach and the boys are keen to seek out some new surf spots so if you have a home close to the beach we would be very interested in an exchange. We love to travel so any offers of exchange will be considered as our exchanges do not need to be similtaneous. We have another home which is also listed on our site.

| We would be interested in Canada, USA or anywhere in Europe for 2010 - 2012. The best time for us is Dec and Jan, but can also get away other times in the year. If anyone would like to escape the snow for a warmer climate for 2-4 weeks please let us know. Places of interests include good surfing/snorkeling spots and snow skiing. | We are retiring in September 2010 and would like to exchange our house (and car) for xmas in Cairns to see our son and his family.
Then in March 2011 we plan to travel to Canada where we have arranged an exchange with a family in Vancouver for 8 weeks.
We then plan to fly to Europe for 3-4 months and are open to exchange with a family who would like to travel to Australia for a holiday - our home will be available for 4 weeks if not longer. We have already arranged 2 exchanges in France and one in Spain in 2011 but would also like to see other parts of Europe during July/August before we fly to Turkey on our way back to Australia.
The Gold Coast is a great place to visit. We have the best beaches in Australia and the 'green behind the gold' - tropical rainforest with waterfalls and numerous bush walks within a 30 minute drive. There is lots to see in our country and a car is essential during your stay. As we plan to travel for at least six months we are open to offers in Europe for 2011. |

| We are open to any destination but because Australia is so far away from the rest of the world we would prefer to do swaps of at least 6 weeks to 3 months. As we have a baby we would prefer swaps with another family so we don't have to take the load of "stuff" that a child needs, but realize we can hire equipment if we have to. The house would have to be child friendly though. We would prefer English speaking countries but are willing to give another country the chance if English is their second language. |
