We have been doing home exchanges for 2 years now. We love it! We started in 2008 but we've already had several really great experiences over the past 2.5 years. We've stayed in luxurious properties already in La Jolla, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City, Bariloche, Argentina, Amsterdam, Paris, Monte Carlo, London, Lake Tahoe, San Francisco, San Diego, Santa Monica, Portland, Seattle and getting many requests for swaps each week and have many credits for non-simultaneous exchanges.
We typically stay in 5 star hotels when we travel but we've found that this has really enhanced our traveling experience, especially traveling with a child.
Our travel plans for 2010 are fully set now but we are open to non-simultaneous exchanges if you can give us future credit in 2011.
