This is a newly renovated stylish house in center Rome on the 3rd floor (with lift) of an historical building:a very large living room with 3 sunny windows, one bedroom with very nice and large ensuite bathroom, another bathroom, modern kitchen, one more bedroom (I would keep close if possible), a little place for washing machine, one balcony. Total around 110 sm. The style of the house is contemporaryminimal, with a huge sense of order, peace and luxury essentials. Radiators work in winter time, fans in summertime; wi-fi is on; 42" Tv LG in the living room plus similar one in the master bedroom; Hi-Fi SonyTechnics with also perfectly working record player. Altough you are in center town, the house is exceptional silent and quite.

Naapurustomme
The building is just 30 mt from the famous San Giovanni square, with the historical Church by same name (originally the most ancient church in the world! and former residence of the Pope before Vatican), and the Holy Stair (according to legend, the stair that Jesus Crist walked up in front of Ponzio Pilato). In 10 minutes walking you may reach the pedestrian area of Celio, one of the most charming place in Rome, full of medioeval and romanic places. In 5 minutes walking you reach the Colosseum and the historical area of Fori Imperiali, and in 1 minute walking you have the stop of the metro "A", and also the stop of several trambuses to go everywhere in Rome. But mostly, you are in the real center of the Eternal City!
