Our three story townhouse was built in 1864 , and we have retained many orginal features , in keeping with many homes in this beautiful Georgian built town. Comprising large living room and dining room , with kitchen on mid floor and two large bedrooms + large Bathroom on top floor. WiFi (30 meg) is available throughout the house if you want to surf/work. It is a 15 minute walk to the town centre , where there is a selection of great shopping and plenty of restaurants - including one recently opened by Jamie Oliver. Cheltenham is a great base to explore the Cotswolds from , and within 1 hour can also reach Oxford , Bath ,Bristol and Birmingham. It is reachable by direct coach from Heathrow and central london (about 100>120 minutes).

Our house is one of a terrace of 3 story townhouses built in the mid 19th century and is typical of that time ,with Georgian facade , sash windows (it is a grade 2 listed property) etc. The area is very quiet , very safe and is much sought after amongst buyers. The house is centrally heated and there is a lovely working fire in the living room for those cosy evenings. There are very good local shops + restaurants. The neighbours are friendly and helpful , but not intrusive. There are 2 golf courses in the area ,one of which we are members at and can arrange play fees - a set of mens golf clubs are available for use.There is also use of a bicycle and we will provide a UK mobile phone for your use.There is a local contact to assist if required , who lives locally.

We are a couple in our 40s/50s who have lived in this property since 1997. We bought it as a restoration project and have devoted a lot of time into making it a special home , one we intend to stay in for many years. Both professional , we love walking in the cotswolds and travelling the world enjoying new experiences. We do have a small dog , which will not be in the property when exchanged , but you should be aware that in normal times one is present. The lower level of the house is rented out permanently , and the tenant does not have use of the garden.
